These works are illustrations of a perpetual observer, a translucent stranger doing its best to navigate a world that was clearly not made to support it.
They describe and document an overwhelming intensity and depict what it’s like to get so utterly lost in your surroundings that remaining attentive to your own footsteps is an ordeal.
Drawing on concepts from classical theatre instruction, semiotics, and compositions inspired by stop motion filmography, I seek to reflect an exaggerated world which is as captivating as it is intimidating and foreign.
